Why are these programs only being offered to qualified coaches and qualified career professionals?
These easy-to-use programs are designed to take clients step by step through the relevant milestones to reaching their goals. Nevertheless, training and practical experience in working with clients in a coaching, counseling, or consulting capacity are essential for success in using these program. Qualified coaches and career professional have already received training in issues such as ethics, client confidentiality, rapport building, active listening, issue reframing and so on.
