Requirements for Licensing

Licenses are available to Qualified Coaches and Career Professionals. In the context of these licensing programs, the terms Qualified Coach and Qualified Career Professional are defined below. 

Who is a Qualified Coach?

• Anyone who has been certified by the ICF (International Coach Federation) at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level or above.
• Anyone who has been certified by the IAC (International Association of Coaches) and has logged a minimum of 100 coaching hours.
• Anyone who has graduated from a reputable School of Coaching and has logged a minimum of 100 coaching hours.
• Anyone who has graduated from a Coaching degree program offered by an accredited university or college AND has logged a minimum of 100 coaching hours.
  

Who is a Qualified Career Professional?

• Anyone certified by the ICC (Institute of Career Certification) at the Career Management Practitioner (CMP) level or above.
• Anyone who possesses a Masters Degree in counseling, psychology or related fields AND has at least 100 hours of experience working with clients in the career field.
• Anyone who, regardless of education, can demonstrate that they have been working professionally in the career field for a minimum of two (2) years. Professional here includes being compensated for career-related work, whether as an independent coach or consultant, or as an employee of a company or educational or nonprofit organization.

Benefits of Licensing

• Licensees will hold a lifetime license and will never have to pay any additional fees or royalties.
• Licensees will receive CD-ROMs containing all program materials, which they will be free to reproduce for their clients.
• Licensees’ name will appear on each and every page of the licensed material, indicating that they are authorized to use the program. Intellectual property rights are strictly enforced. Licensees are urged to report any unauthorized use of Laurence Boldt’s materials by competitors.
• Licensees will receive, at no additional cost, all future updates, revisions, or additions of the programs you have purchased as they become available.
• Licensees are eligible to receive 2 free mentor coaching sessions to help them get started in using the programs.
